Why Register?
The Board of Directors highly encourages members of the HOA to register on this website.
Registered HOA members will have seamless access to annual meeting materials, presentation slides, and election information, without the need for additional passwords or access codes. In addition, members will have access to the Members Only section with the following features:
- Save the HOA money so less is spent on printing and mailing costs
- Access to community exclusive content
- Receive notification when a new article is posted
- Free classified ad space
- Access election portal for voting information
- Participate in community surveys
- Receive important personal or community-related communication from the Board*
- Ability to receive SMS text messages in the event of an emergency (you need to opt in for this)
- [future] Access your account for balance and payment history
- [future] File online property improvement requests, check status, decision, and review history of requests
* The Board is striving to reduce communication costs by reducing reliance on traditional mail with its associated costs for supplies, printing and postage.

NOTE: To register you will need a Registration Code that was provided to you by the Board. Check the 2025 Summer Newsletter that you received in the mail. If you do not have access to it, contact board@kensingtongrovehoa.org and provide your name, address and phone number. A representative will reply with instructions.
