Board of Directors

The Homeowners Association is managed by a board of at least five (5), and not more than seven (7) directors. Elected directors serve a term of two (2) years. No person shall be eligible to serve as a member of the Board of Directors unless he is in good standing and is deemed to be an owner, in accordance with the Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions. Vacancies on the board shall be filled either by the remaining directors, or any such appointed person, to hold office until a successor is elected by the members. Appointed directors serve a term of one (1) year (Article 5 of the By-Laws).
 
Kensington Grove property owners who are interested in serving on the Board are encouraged to review the expectations of board members and to apply before September 30th, in order to be considered a candidate in the October election. Visit the HOA Board Application page.
 

Officers

The officers shall be President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The position of Vice President and Treasurer may be held by one person.

Board Meetings

The Board meets once a month on the first Monday of the month at the White River Township Trustee Office located at 2929 S Morgantown Rd across from the Morgantown Road entrance to Kensington Grove. If the first Monday is a holiday, the meeting is usually moved to the second Monday. Check the community calendar for confirmation.
 
Board meetings are open to members of the Association. Members are asked to contact the Board (board@kensingtongrovehoa.org) in advance if they wish to speak on a particular topic.

Board Meeting Agendas & Minutes

Beginning April 2026, the Board meeting agenda will be published not less than four (4) days prior to the meeting. The agenda may be found in the calendar notice for the meeting.
 
Minutes are published after they have been approved by the Board. They are posted on this site in the Members Only Area under HOA Documents. Members must be registered to view the documents.

Special Meetings

In accordance with the By-Laws of Kensington Grove Homeowners Association, members of the Association may call for a Special Meeting upon a written petition of the Owners of not less than 10% of the total number of lots, or 31 property owner signatures. The petition should be presented to the President or Secretary of the Association and should state the purpose of the meeting.
