Below is a list of documents that are important to each resident of Kensington Grove, whether you are building a new house, remodeling that involves the exterior of your house, considering a pergola, or making changes to your landscape such as tree removal or a larger project involving significant changes to your landscape.

 

Many projects require the approval of the HOA Board, but there are others that do not. A guidance document is provided below. If your project requires approval, you will need to fill out the KG HOA Property Improvement Request Application Form below.
