Board Meeting
Monday, May 4th, 2026, 6:30pm to 8:30pm at White River Trustee Office
HOA Board meetings begin at 6:30pm. Meetings are usually held the first Monday of each month (unless a holiday or election interferes) in the White River Township Trustee Office across Morgantown Road from the KG entrance. The meetings are open to all members. If an owner would like to speak or discuss an issue with the Board, they should come in prior to the start of the meeting to request time.
Your Right to Call a Special Meeting
Under our Bylaws and Indiana law (IC § 32-25.5), a written petition signed by owners of at least 31 lots (10% of our 302 lots) stating the purpose of the meeting may be submitted to the Board President or Secretary (president@kensingtongrovehoa.org or secretary@kensingtongrovehoa.org). The Board must follow up and issue meeting notice within 30 days. Questions? Contact us at board@kensingtongrovehoa.org.

Annual Community Sale
Saturday, May 16th, 2026, 8am to 2:30pm at Kensington Grove
The Annual Community Garage Sale is held each year in May. The sale is held from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. It is the only approved garage sale in accordance with the Covenants and Restrictions. Homeowners are asked to be mindful of non-participating neighbors to avoid blocked driveways and mailboxes and to ask visitors to move their vehicle if an infraction occurs.
