Board Meeting
Monday, October 6th, 2025, 6:30pm to 8:30pm at White River Trustee Office
HOA Board meetings begin at 6:30pm. Meetings are usually held the first Monday of each month (unless a holiday or election interferes) in the Trustee Office across Morgantown Road from the KG entrance. The meetings are open to all members. If an owner would like to speak or discuss an issue with the Board, they should come in prior to the start of the meeting and talk with the Board.
Annual Meeting
Monday, October 27th, 2025, 6:30pm to 9:30pm at White River Trustee Office
The annual Kensington Grove Homeowners Association will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025 beginning at 6:30pm in the White River Township Trustee Building. Each homeowner will receive information pertaining to the meeting in early October.
Homeowners are encouraged to attend and participate in this important meeting.
