A Special Meeting of the Board of Directors has been called by two members of the Board in accordance with Sec. 4.9 of the Bylaws for the purpose of electing new officers due to recent resignations.

 

 

Your Right to Call a Special Meeting Under our Bylaws and Indiana law (IC § 32-25.5), a written petition signed by owners of at least 31 lots (10% of our 302 lots) stating the purpose of the meeting may be submitted to the Board President or Secretary (president@kensingtongrovehoa.org or secretary@kensingtongrovehoa.org).
